There was a mist of  Purple Haze after Purple Rain fell. Purple as a theme brings to mind two songs with amazing electric guitar Riff by two great artists.. Yeah you’ve guessed it the two classic songs are Purple Haze by the great Jimi Hendrix and Purple Rain by the one of a kind Prince. It’s too bad both their lives were cut short by drug use.

Jimi Hendrix was probably high as a kite when he wrote and performed the song. I’m not mad at him he was just being Jimi:
