Continuing on with the Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs RICO and sex trafficking trial it was another day of explosive testimony, another day of bias reporting and another day that the allegations against Puff Daddy was proven to be questionable.

Well, lets back up a little and talk about the prior day’s testimony, given by Bryana Bongolan, who is a friend to Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura Combs ex-girlfriend.

Bryana Bongolan’s background was a graphic designer with a company called “Young and Reckless,” from 2013-2014, she left that company and went to work for another company called “Diamond Supply,” from 2014-2015. In 2014 she meets Cassie, and they became close friends.

While Bryana and Cassie was getting close, Cassie started telling her (Bryana) about her relationship with Puff, and how volatile it was. Now, here is the kicker, Bryana is attracted to females, in essence she is a lesbian.

Bryana testified in court that when she spent the night with Cassie, she would either sleep on Cassie’s couch, sleep on the balcony or sleep in the bed with Cassie. Hmm, what does that imply? Well, I don’t about you, it seems to imply that Cassie goes both ways.

In addition to being a close friend to Cassie, Bryana used to do drugs with Cassie. Yes, Bryana revealed on the stand that she and Cassie picked up a drug habit when they were doing drugs with Mia.

Yes, we’re talking about that same Mia, whose testimony was proven to be a pack of lies when her testimony was destroyed during her cross examination. Mia aka Victim #4 real name was revealed as being Sarah Snedeker by YouTube content creator Tisa Tells. She (Sarah aka Mia), Cassie, and Bryana used to do drugs with Deontay Nash (former stylist for Puff), and another dude named Rob Holiday.

Puff would eventually fire Mia because she was drinking too much. I guess this is one of the reasons that she is disgruntled against Puff, as well as being scorned. Anyway, Bryana, purported that she, Cassie and Mia used to do weed, cocaine and ketamine together.

Now, understand that Bryana did not meet Puff until a year after she befriended Cassie. She claimed that she didn’t want to meet Puff because of what Cassie said how he used to treat her. Bryana agreed to meet Puff because Cassie insisted.

Bryana also testified that she used to sell drugs to other people so one can conclude that Cassie was also one of her customers. She testified that Puff confronted her, and threatened her about giving to many drugs to Cassie.

Bryana told an elaborate story of Combs dangling her over a 17^th floor balcony, then threw her into the balcony’s furniture. It sounds wild, but under cross examination, the truth was brought out.

The defense Attorney that was doing the cross examination was a Lawyer based in Atlanta, Georgia; Nicole Westmorland. Keep in mind that Bryanna is testifying under immunity from perjury from the prosecution.  

The incident in question took place in September 2016, at that point in time Bryana who is 5” 1’ only weighed between 100-115 pounds. Bryana was under weight because of her illicit drug use. Around that time Bryana claimed that when she was standing on the balcony in Cassie’s apartment, Combs came behind her, rubbed up against her, grabbed her breasts, picked her up and dangled her 17 stories in the air. He (Combs) pulled her back and threw her into the balcony furniture. When she (Bryana) hit the furniture, she sustained a bruise on her leg. She went to a Chiropractor because she claimed she was having back pains. The Chiropractor gave her a neck brace. She took pictures of her injuries.

The pictures were put up in court, and in addition to the claim of being dangled 17 stories in the air, Bryana is claiming that she has night terrors, paranoia and sometimes screams in her sleep.

But the problem with Bryana’s claim what she told prosecutors and what she testified in court had inconsistencies.

For example, the balcony incident. We can see the inconsistences as listed on the lawsuits that Cassie and Bryana filed.

When Cassie filed her lawsuit, and 60 days later Bryana fired off her own lawsuit. Cassie wanted 30 million and Bryana wanted 10 million. The disposition on both lawsuits mentioned the balcony incident.

In Cassie’s lawsuit, the date when the balcony incident took place is different. Cassie’s lawsuit stated that the incident took place in an apartment, and that Bryana’s girlfriend Tiffany Red wasn’t there.

Bryana’s lawsuit had different dates and placed her girlfriend at the scene.

In January 2024, Bryana contacted an Attorney named Tyrone Blackburn to initiate her lawsuit. That same month she met with Federal Prosecutors. When she met with the prosecutors Bryana did not disclose the balcony incident.

A couple of days after meeting with the Federal Prosecutors, Bryana’s Attorney began sending Combs a demand letter for the 10 million. However, Bryana admitted that the details that was written in the demand letter were wrong.

Bryana claimed that the Attorney sent the letter without her approval, she claimed that she fired the Attorney over it.

A representative of Puff faced time Bryana to negotiate a settlement. While the prosecution was questioning Bryana about the settlement. The defense was objecting, and the Judge sustained the objection.

The prosecution asked Bryana, why did she file the lawsuit? Bryana answered to seek justice for what happened to her. Then Bryana was asked, if the balcony incident didn’t happen, would she give back the settlement. Bryana claimed that she would give back the settlement.  

Then the prosecution told Bryana, that her testimony does not match what she filed in her lawsuit.

Now the cross examination.

Westmorland: “You have immunity right now,”

Bryana: “Yes”

Westmorland:  “You understand that you cannot be prosecuted if you tell the truth. But if you lie, you could be charged with perjury. Do you understand that”

Bryana: “Yes”

Westmorland: “Who gets to decide if you’re lying.”

Bryana: “The prosecutors.”

In essence, if Bryana is caught lying she cannot be prosecuted because she is a government witness. Keep in mind that all the witnesses that the government presented at this point, it was proven that their testimonies were a pack of lies. Meaning that they committed perjury.  

Westmorland: “Bryana! You met Cassie when you worked at Diamond Supply, you were the head graphic designer at Diamond supply, your salary was $75,000/year”

Westmorland: “Cassie was hired to work underneath you has a co-designer, but she was paid more then you. You and Cassie were working on a clothing line together; the first time you went to Cassie’s apartment you were working on a T-shirt design. Cassie called you to come over and you decided to do a photo shoot with Cassie. You suggested that Cassie do a photo shoot in the pool with a T-shirt on; Bryana isn’t it true that at that moment you felt comfortable with Cassie?”  

Bryana: “Who said that? I don’t remember saying that”

Westmorland: “You said that, don’t you remember saying that? Well let me refresh your memory. When you met with prosecutors, you said that you and Cassie did a photo shoot in the pool, and Cassie was only wearing a T-shirt. You felt comfortable with Cassie after that.”

Westmorland showed Bryana the paperwork with the prosecutor’s disposition of what Bryana said when they interviewed her.

Westmorland: “Isn’t true that you spent a lot of nights sleeping over at Cassie’s house, and you and Cassie would go to a lot of parties”

  Bryana: “I don’t remember saying that we would go to a lot of parties, I don’t really party that much.”

Westmorland: “Are you sure?”

Bryana: “Yeah”

Westmorland: “Well let me show you something to refresh your memory. When you went to Federal Prosecutors, read that and when you’re done look up at me.”

After Bryana read the disposition that was giver to her by Attorney Westmorland, her story changed.

Westmorland: “When you went to Cassie’s house, she asked you if you like to get high, that was on the first night you went over there. You and Cassie spent a lot of time getting high. Bryana, what kind of drugs did you and Cassie used to use? Ya’ll used to smoke weed, eat edibles, cocaine, ketamine, ecstasy, molly, GHB, Percocet, Vicodin, coco puff..what is coco puff?”

Bryana: “Its when you put cocaine in a blunt.”

Westmorland: “How did the weed make you feel?”   

Bryana: “Hungry and excited.”

Westmorland: “How did the cocaine make you feel?”

Bryana: “ Confident.”

Westmorland: “What did the ketamine do for you?”

 Bryana: “It opens your mind.”

Westmorland: “How did the ecstasy make you feel.”

Bryana: “loose.”

Westmorland: “what about GHB.”

Bryana: “Like I was drunk on alcohol and it made me horny.”

Westmorland: “You and Cassie had a serious drug problem, you and Cassie were doing all these drugs before you met Puff.”

Bryana: “Yeah.”

Westmorland: “You sold drugs on a weekly basis, you sold Cassie drugs on a weekly basis.”

Bryana is hanging out with Cassie and supplying the drugs, which Cassie buys directly from her.

Westmorland: “Do you remember the time when you got hundreds of pills for Cassie? Bryana, you gave Cassie drugs, you sold Cassie drugs and you used drugs with Cassie for free. Do you remember the name of the drug dealer?”

Bryana: “No.”

Westmorland: “Ray J.”

Bryana: “Oh, I don’t remember that..”

Westmorland: “Bryana! In late 2023 Cassie told you that she was going to sue Puff. You read the lawsuit before Cassie filed it, you spoke to Cassie about the lawsuit that she was going to file. After that you hire a Lawyer to seek justice what happened to you like Cassie did. When you and Tyrone Blackburn met with Federal Prosecutors you thought it was a meet and greet, but in fact it was a full interview”

Bryana starts to ramble on the stand…

Westmorland: “Listen Bryana you don’t have to practice the truth, right if you’re telling the truth, I could tell you the truth today you cold wake me up at 3 in the morning I could tell you the same story the same way. If you wake me up next year if I’m telling the truth if I’m telling the truth I will tell the same story exactly. Why are you meeting with the government? You don’t get to practice the truth. Let’s go through a timeline. In November 2023 and December 2023 when Cassie was getting ready to file a law suit. Bryana why were you speaking to Cassie about the lawsuit?”

 Bryana: “Cassie was asking permission to put my name in the lawsuit, I told her no.”

 Westmorland: “ Bryana, isn’t it true that you and Cassie talked about the balcony incident. You wanted the incident to be at Cassie’s apartment, but Cassie said no let’s make it at a hotel, you and Cassie was discussing the dates of the balcony incident, who ya’ll should put there. Cassie mentioned put Tiffney Red, you said nay, to put your ex-girlfriend there.  

This is the bomb shell, Cassie and Bryana conspired to make up the balcony incident, it is concluded that the balcony incident might not have happened at all.

Westmorland summarized the event, that Puff told Bryan that he is the devil and he could have her killed. The dates of the meeting that Bryana had with the prosecutors, that she didn’t mention anything about Puff to the prosecutors. That Cassie told her that she going to file a lawsuit against Puff. The Bryana’s Lawyer sent Puff letters demanding 10 million dollars, because Puff dangle her out on the balcony while shouting that he could kill her.

Westmorland: “That it wasn’t true, that you knew it wasn’t true..

Bryana: “I don’t remember.”

This is when the Judge threw the prosecution a lifeline when he decided to adjourn for the day. But the damage was done. Once again, it has been proven that the witness has lied under oath. If Puff settled the lawsuit with her, he better sue to get that money back because the lawsuit was based on a pack of lies. But in this criminal case it looks like an impending mistrial. At this rate the gov’t has not made the case.
