United States vs Puff Daddy
The big news of the week was that the Federal government swooped in and arrested Sean Combs, aka Puff Daddy, Puffy, Puff, P. Diddie, Diddie, Love. While this was shocking to many, it was not a surprise for other people, many of whom had been wondering what was taking the Feds so long to make the arrest. It is speculated that the charges against combs are related to activities that allegedly took place at his infamous parties, and freak offs.
Social media has been on fire talking about Comb’s rise, there were even allegations that he was the architect of the infamous murders of the rappers, Notorious B.I.G ,aka Biggie Smalls, and Tupac Shakur. As well as being a trafficker of women, drugs and acts of sexual assaults. There are even allegations of murder, with the Los Angeles Police covering it up.
The biggest bomb shell is the identity of the celebrity participants who attended his infamous parties and freak offs and the activities they engaged in, whether it was out in the open, or behind closed doors it is all on video.
Let’s not let our imagination become like Hulka Mainer fans and run wild. Let’s look at what charges the Federal government has arraigned and indicted on Combs.
According to Damien Williams, the United States Attorney in the Southern district of New York, Sean Combs has been indicted on three charges, the charges are, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and interstate transportation for prostitution.
The indictment alleges that between 2008 and the present that Combs abused, threatened and coerced alleged victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.
It is alleged that Combs used his business empire to participate in racketeering conspiracy that carried out criminal activity, which includes sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, bribery and the obstruction of justice.
Williams elaborated and stated that Combs abused and exploited women and other people for years using many methods, which includes force, threats of force, coercion to get them to engage in extended acts of sexual performances with commercial male sex workers.
Combs transported or cause the so called victims and commercial sex workers to be transported over state lines, where he allegedly planned and controlled the sex performances that he called “freak offs.” Which often lasted for days and that involved multiple sex workers involving a variety of narcotics such as ketamine, ecstasy and GHB (date rape drug).
The narcotics were distributed to the alleged victim to keep them obedient and compliant. But if Combs didn’t get his way, he would often become violent, and physically, verbally or emotionally abuse the alleged victims.
Willams mentioned the situation that took place between Combs and Cassandra Ventura that was captured on video. Does this allude to the fact that Combs is also being charged for his actions that took place during the incident between him and Ventura? Williams is implying that Combs behaved in similar fashion towards others.
As part of the Rico racketeering the charges include using his business employees, including high ranking supervisors, business partners, personal assistants, security household staff to facilitate the freak offs, by booking the hotel rooms, stocking them with supplies, which includes drugs, baby oil and other lubricants.
In addition, they arrange for the commercial sex workers to travel and the delivering of large quantities of cash to pay the sex workers. If the hotel room is ruined, they clean up the room and help cover up alleged crimes. Among other things evidence was collected during the raids of his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
As you can see there is a lot on the plate. Plus, a lot of questions about the involvement of other individuals. Does this mean that there are going to be more arrests? Who are the victims?
One may think that people who decide to go to a party knowing what kind of party it is, and participate in activities with sex workers who were hired and agreed to do sexual acts with the party participants can be considered victims.
If there were threats of being fired, or threats of losing that luxury high end housing. Maybe a part in a musical video, a recording contract, or even the opportunity to meet a favorite celebrity, or to network with somebody in the entertainment industry. Would anyone prostitute themselves into participating in the kind of activities that are prevalent in the freak offs, then turn around and call themselves a victim because they could not follow through with their aspirations or fell out of favor with Combs. It all sounds kind of fishy.
But I guess we’ll see if there are any real victims, not the ones who are crying foul because they fell out of favor with Combs and got fired, or they did not have the fortitude to turn a given opportunity obtained by participating in a freak off into a successful venture. But I guess when the case comes up for trial maybe we can see the full scope of things.
Right now, Combs is cooling his heels at the infamous Federal Prison, the Metropolitan Detention Center right here in good old New York City. He is being held until his trial date after been denied bail, despite offering to put up fifty million dollars and his private jets as collateral.
They have him in the same facility in the same unit where he is supposedly on suicide watch, where Jeffery Epstein was being held. We all know how it worked out for Epstein in that twenty-four-hour watch suicide unit.

I was wondering what a ‘freak-off’ was – all sounds very nasty and he sounds a pretty nasty character. You’re right that some of the ‘victims’ may not actually be victims though and might just be people who’ve fallen out with him or suchlike.

They say only Hugh Hefner playboy club parties were just as good as Puffy’s freak offs

I don’t really mind what people do so long as they’re all willing (undrugged) participants but otherwise…

Well, that’s just it, people who participated knew what the parties were all about. They consented to what took place. They engaged in the activities then now some of them turn around and call themselves victims.
Even his girlfriend Cassie, anyway I already posted about that.

Same with all the pop groupies – perfectly willing for their ‘shot at fame’ at the time but complaining like mad in later life when they’re short of money and feel like sueing someone!
