Children’s Programming
There was a lot of shows that I used to watch when I was a kid growing up over the years. Honestly, with the amount of activity that I used to do, I don’t know how I even had the time to watch T.V. Well, I can’t list them all so I’m going to just mention my favorites, from the early years. Unless you watch British television, you may not recognize some of those shows. I suppose you can guess my age.

We never had a telly and I still don’t now – I’ve read what’s on nowadays and think it’s all cr*p so I won’t bother and just watch box sets of stuff I liked in the 70s and 80s – mostly sitcoms. But we used to go next door as kids and watch Dr. Who (all the doctors up to Peter Davidson). I also used to go to a friends and watch ‘Do Not Adjust Your Set’ (a bit like Monty Python but earlier) and also Monty Python and, of course, Top of the Pops.

it’s funny because I really liked Monty Python at the time (we all did here) but now, when I watch it, I can take it or leave it. I suppose humour changes as you age…
