Cross Examination Destruction

I’m trying to keep up with the Sean “Puff Daddy” RICO and human trafficking trial is not easy, given my activities for the last couple of days. From what I’m seeing many reports tend to be bias, there are very few sources that are objective. Whatever is said here is from the objective perspective.

The government’s latest witness in the Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs trial was his former assistant, going under the moniker Mia. She made allegations that Combs terrorized her, sexual assaulted her multiple times, and that she developed post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) working for Combs.

Well, today (Monday June 2nd) it was the defense’s opportunity to cross examine Mia. Attorney Brian Steel conducted the cross examination. This is what happened:

Attorney: “Mia, you worked with Puff from 2006 to 2017; over the eight years, you developed PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder.”

Attorney: “Mia! isn’t it true that you testified that one time puff called, you threw the phone and ran out the house.”

Attorney: “Mia! you testified under oath on the stand, that you were sleeping in a room, with out the door locked and puff came in and violated you, and with out your consent had sex with you.”

Attorney: “Mia! You testified that if somebody calls your name for no reason, you panic because of what you went through with Mr. Combs.”

Attorney: “Mia! You testified that Sean Puffy Combs was the worst thing that ever happened to you, and you thought about taking your own life as a result of working for Mr. Combs (points at Puff Daddy).”

Attorney: “Mia, I want to direct your attention to your Instagram page, your personal social media. You were hired in 2009 to handle Puff’s social media, bad boy social media, and Puff’s personal social media..”

Attorney: “Four years later you’re still working with Puff, you’ve been assaulted, you’ve been abused, yet you hang around and you handle Puff’s social media.”

Attorney: “Mia, I’m going to put up this picture.”

The Attorney puts up a picture of Mia’s hand on Cassie’s hand that was on Mia’s personal social media, saying “I’m with my best friend CC in Cabo with Cassie and Puffy paid for the trip.”

Attorney: “Four years supposedly after you’ve been physical abused and suffered other types of abuse, you post this picture. what does CC stand for?”

Mia: “Oh, I don’t know.”

Attorney: “Does it stand of Cassie-Combs?”

Mia:  Oh, it may stand for that.”

The Attorney puts up another picture from Mia’s social media…

Attorney: “Mia! Is this your social media page?”

Mia: “yes.”

Attorney: “did you put this picture on your social media page?”

Mia: “yes.”

Attorney: “Did anybody force you to put this picture up on your social media?”

Mia: ‘No.”

Attorney: “Who wrote the caption?”

Mia: “Me.”

Attorney: “Did anyone force you to write the caption?”

Mia: “No.”

Attorney: Mia, this picture was dated October 2nd 2013; 4 years after you were supposedly assaulted by Mr. Combs.”

Attorney: “and you write in the caption; it’s the number one guy on Forbes list (written on a photo of combs) Puffy getting me coffee”

Mia posted a picture of Combs getting her coffee in a coffee shop.

Attorney: “Mia, 4 years after you have PTSD as a result of puffy drugging your drink, and putting his hand under your dress, you fell asleep and woke up with him over you and his penis inside of you without your consent, but Mia you’re posting pictures of puffy on your social media accounts.

The Attorney posts another picture dated in October 17, 2023.

Attorney: “Who’s in the picture?”

Mia: “It Carrie Morgan, Puffy, Cassie and me when were at the Burning Man.“

Attorney: “Mia you’re standing next to Puff in this picture at the Burning Man, but you testified under direct examination that Puff forced you to take drugs at the Burning Man. Did you put that picture on your social media page?”

Mia: “yes.”

Attorney: “Did you write the caption.”

Mia: “Yes.”

Attorney: “Is that a picture of you standing next to puff, and you’re saying in the caption, “take me back to Burning Man.”

Attorney: Let me show you another picture dated November 4th 2013; “

Attorney: “Mia! Is this a picture on your personal social media page”

Mia: “yes.”

Attorney: “Did you put this picture up, or did somebody else put this picture up?”

Mia: “I put it up.”

Attorney: “Mia, what is November 4th ?”

Mia: Oh, that’s Puffy’s birthday.”

Attorney: “why would you post a picture of a man who terrorized you, who you’re afraid of and who had sex with you without your consent, who drugged you, who assaulted you; why would you post a happy birthday picture with Puff on your social media?”

Mia created a video showing that she is delivering a baby, and Puff is delivering the baby and the caption states, “thank you for always letting me give birth to my dreams.”

Attorney: “you were terrified of the man, you would throw the phone and run out of the house, why are you posting pictures with you and him on your social media?”

The Attorney points out a second picture that was posted on Mia’s social media on November 4th and asked her to read the caption. The caption stated, “happy anniversary to your birthday, thank you for constantly inspiring me and giving me a chance to realize my dreams. “I love you.”

Attorney: “Is that you telling Puff that you love him?”

Attorney: “Isn’t that you dressed in a scantly cad waitress suit?”

Mia posted a picture of her and Combs, with Combs holding his nuts, and the caption saying, “you are one of my greatest friends, I will forever love you.”

Attorney: “Mia! Why are you posting pictures of this man that terrorized you, that you’re afraid of, that violated your innocence, that drugged you, that gave you PTSD, and you’re posting pictures of him on your social media on his birthday?”

Attorney: “November 10, 2013, Mia! Can you take a look at this picture, is this your personal Instagram?”

Mia: “yes, it is.”

Attorney: “Who is in that picture on your personal Instagram?”

Mia: “That’s me and Puff.”

Attorney: “Let me show you another picture, this one date November 16, 2023, 6 days later this is posted on your Instagram page?”

The Attorney goes on to repeat his repetitive question to Mia, asking if the social media account belongs to her, if she was forced to post whet she posted, and did she write the caption.

Each time Mia admits the social media account is hers, the pictures that were posted was posted by her and that she wrote the caption. This time the caption said, “Puffy, my mentor, my inspiration, my brother, my friend for life, I love you.”

The Attorney goes through more pictures, some with Combs, some with Cassie, and some with her, Cassie and Combs with dates and captions. Mia constantly admits she wrote the captions and posted the pictures.

The Attorney, effectively destroyed Mia’s credibility and whatever she said about Combs is in doubt.

Mia clearly gave a false testimony, and on top of that she is one of the defendants that is suing Combs to get a payday.

As we can see, it doesn’t look like that Mia will be successful. Because she documented how she felt about Combs, obviously it was determined that none of the things about being abused holds water.

One can see that she and Combs had some sort of relationship, not just professional, but personal. I believe that Mia was also having a sexual relationship with Combs. He may have told her that he loved her, he may have promised her things, but none of it was fulfilled.

Whatever she is saying that Combs did to her, and whatever allegations she is alleged, sounds like a woman scorned.

The government’s RICO case isn’t looking very good so far. What do ya’ll think?

  1. To be honest, she sounds like one of those simpletons you keep seeing all over the place who drop themselves in it on social media – like they’re claiming disability or suchlike and posting photos of themselves water-skiing or something.
