Wedding Party

Had been really busy for the past month. Had to move form my former crib into a new one. But when I got to the new crib, I realized that it needed to be up graded before I can move in. So now it was running up and down, dealing with work men, buying materials and removing the garbage of what was left after some jobs were done. Hopefully I’ll be able to move in soon.

There was a change in energy, and I didn’t have as much dreams that I can recall. But this weekend, I abandoned my diet and even had a cigar and a shot of tequila and sipped some Champaigne at a barbeque this weekend.  Yeah, I still think Champaigne is over rated, don’t know what the hype is, its just bubbly and have no taste. Anyway, when I retired for the night, this latest dream took place.

I saw that I was at some type of wedding party, we were supposed to go to the wedding venue. The attendees got into their cars to drive to where the venue was supposed to be.

I got into my car and was driving on the route to the venue. I was on the highway, maybe I forgot the which way to go to the venue, but I decided to take the road that was familiar to me.

The highway looked like a version the Gowanus Canal expressway; while driving forward I could see the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge as I was approaching it.  However, the funny thing about this version of the Gowanus Canal expressway, instead of the road going through the bridge, the road went around the bridge.

I decided that I wanted to go stop at the Fort Hamilton military installation. I got off the expressway, and went into Fort Hamilton Officer’s Club.

When I got out of the car, I saw that the convoy of cars with the wedding attendees were following me. I was kind of surprised. But the attendees were upset, because they thought I knew where I was going, and they didn’t know the way to the venue and they were blaming me that they ended up in the wrong place.

When went inside the Officer’s club, it was packed with people enjoying themselves. The attendees still complaining, had a set of tables, and ordered drinks. Even when they were drink and having something to eat, they were still complaining that I led them to the wrong place.

Then a female attendees mentioned something about hating cops. I cannot consciously recall what led up to a hateful rant about cops.  Then I told her, that there are cops in the bar. I called out to a couple of friends that were in the Officer Club bar, to identify themselves to her.
