Submerged In Harlem River

After a day at the government office where I serve as a managing government bureaucrat, I felt fatigue. After I retrieved my car from the parking garage, before I jumped on the Harlem River Drive, I pulled over to my usual rest stop on a small street, in front of a public school which faces the Harlem River. The river’s edge has steel barrier and behind the steel barrier, a chain link fence. I backed my car up to the steel barrier and put on the entrainment deep meditation music which got me into a relaxation state.

While in state I saw a bright light, it was the head lights of an eighteen-wheeler tractor trailer, I thought it was the tractor trailer that I regular see parked in the area where I’m parking. I didn’t see it there tonight, I guess it is now coming to park, and my car is in its way.

I moved the car gears to reverse to make space between the tractor trailer and my car so that I can make a turn to get out of the tractor trailer’s way. But it seems that I was two close to the barriers at the river bank’s edge.  Because when the car was in reverse the rear tires went over the edge, and the steel barrier and chain link fence was not strong enough to prevent my car from going into the river.

The rear of my car entered the river, and the car was slowly sinking. The river water short circuited the car’s power, preventing the windows from being rolled down, and the door from being unlocked. I was trapped.

The car was now fully submerged in the river with all four tires touching the river’s floor. No water was seeping inside the car, and I was hoping that the New York City Fire Department will pull the car out of the river soon, before the river’s water start to seep into the car.

Then I found that I could escape the car through the roof. I exited the car by phasing through the roof. When I got to the surface, I found that someone floating above the surface and he told me to come with him.

As, this being floated away above the city, I was following him. We came to a high rise building and we landed on the roof. While we were looking down on the roof, I found that we were no longer in New York City, I wasn’t sure where we were, I didn’t recognize the skyline. The being told me that I was chosen to be the city’s protector.

I took a deep breath, and found that I was now out of the meditation state and when I opened my eyes, I found that I was still in my car, in the place where I was parked, the car gear was still in park, and there was no tractor trailer around.

Wow, everything was so vivid, I actually thought that the car went backwards into the river, and I died when that car was submerged at the bottom of the river. Well, something to ponder on my way back to the crib.
