The last person on the Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs RICO and Sex trafficking trial was Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura’s friend Bryana Bongolan (click here for details). Who was caught lying on the stand during the cross examination.

So now we have Cassie, Sarah “Mia ”Snedeker, Bryana, Kid Cudi and the other earlier witnesses have been proven to be liars. Then there was the Los Angeles Police Department investigator who said finger prints from the Kid Cudi’s residence was somehow destroyed, thus there is no evidence linking Combs to the fire bombing of Cudi’s car. Creating speculation that Combs had something to do with the incompetence of the LAPD losing evidence.

Given those circumstances, Puff’s defense team filed a motion for a mis trial. This would be the second time that a mis trial motion was filed.

In the meantime, this new witness going by the moniker Jane Doe hiding her identity maybe because she doesn’t want to be held accountable for her consensual behavior. Anyway, Jane described the relationship she had with Puff on the stand.

Jane Doe is from California; she attended junior college for one semester. Jane Doe met Puff in 2020, at the time Puff was dating one of her friends. Puff and Jane Doe started dating from 2021 to 2024, right up to the time when Puff got arrested. Jane Doe describes herself as being a single mother, content creator and influencer.

 Jane insinuated that she was head over heels in love with Puff. Jane believes that the feelings that Puff had was similar to how she felt about him.

Early in their relationship while she and Puff was in the Bahamas, Puff told Jane, that he knows they’ve only been together for 15 days, during that time, she was unable to create any content. Puff said, that he had taken her out of her schedule; to make up for it, Puff gave her $10,000.00.

The prosecution asked Jane if she took drugs during the time when Puff took her to various locations.  Jane admitted that she took ecstasy, and claimed on Combs insistence. Somewhere down the line Jane graduated to cocaine and ketamine.

OK, we see that Jane Doe developed feelings for Puff, maybe she thought that she would be his main woman, or even thought that she would be the only woman that Puff would see.

But the reality is that Puff didn’t hide anything, he told her upfront that she wasn’t the only woman that he was seeing. Jane Doe admitted that Puff said, “I really like you, but I’m seeing multiple women.” Jane Doe testified that she was cool with it, she just wanted to date and chill with Puff.  

During the relationship, Jane was living somewhere on the East coast, but she decided to move to Los Angeles, California. Puff gave her $6000.00 for moving expenses, he gave her the security deposit, and two months rent which cost $40,000 to secure the place; Puff also gave her $20,000 to furnish the house and Puff also pays her monthly rent of $10,000.

When Puff and Jane first started to have sex, they would change the room’s light bulbs to red, he would ask Jane to dress in a provocative lingerie, they would watch porn, and have sex for at least 12 hours, of course, they would rub baby oil on their bodies.

Jane testified, that she loved the sexual experiences and that they felt intense. Jane said that she felt very much in love.

Around May of 2021, while watching porn with Puff, they would have conversations talking about fantasies. Puff asked her if she wanted to role play with other men. Puff told her “I can make it happen if you want it..”

The first time that Jane agreed to have sex with other men took place at a hotel in Miami. Puff’s assistants set up the room and shortly after Puff and Jane was in the hotel room a dude named Don, an escort from a company called Cowboys and Angels showed up. Jane and Don engaged in fore play, then they moved to the bed room and engaged in sex while Puff watched.

After Don left, Puff and Jane had sex, Jane said she was happy, puff was happy, and when she went home Jane testified that she felt exhilarated because it was fun, it was taboo and it was sexy. But Jane said on that night, it opened up pandora’s box, a door was opened up, that she couldn’t shut.

After that night she has been sleeping with other men, while Puff watch. Jane claimed that she didn’t want to sleep with 90% of the men that she slept with, she only wanted to sleep with Puff. Jane said that she loved Puff, she agreed to sleep with those other men to please Puff.

Jane said she felt obligated to please Puff because he was paying her rent. Jane claimed that she had enough and told Puff that she didn’t want to do the hotel nights anymore. Puff said “cool, I’m going to pay your rent for three more months, then we can go our separate ways.”

After Puff told her that he would no longer pay her $10.000 per month rent. Jane had second thoughts, and continued consenting to participating in the hotel nights.  

Then Jane started to tell how she became jealous of the other women that Puff was seeing, specifically Yung Miami.

Puff’s relationship with Young Miami was a high profile. She was publicly seen on Puff’s arm. She had the type of exposure that Jane yarned to have. Plus, Jane said that Puff gave Yung Miami better gifts.

Jane was so jealous that she considered calling off the arrangements that she called “hotel nights” (they were called freak off’s with Cassie) she had with Puff. But claimed she was reluctant to do so over fear that Puff would stop paying her $10,000 monthly rent.     

Jane was on the stand, for the entire week. During the cross examination, she did not express that she was forced to do the “hotel nights,” or even resented sleeping with the multiple men while Puff watched, as long as she got some alone time with Puff.

As Jane was giving her testimony content creators found out Jane’s real identity. It was revealed that Jane Doe is Daphne Joy, then mother of Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s 2^nd child.

It appears the rumors were true that Daphne Joy aka Jame Doe was working as a sex worker for Puff Daddy. But, we now know the scope of the sex work. She was not just some random sex worker, but a “girlfriend.”

I wonder what is going through 50 Cent’s mind. We know how he is and he will make his feeling publicly known. I have my popcorn ready while I watch to see the fall out.

As far as the Puff’s trial is concerned, all that the government has presented are women who all engaged in consensual activities. All felt some type of way because they are jealous of each other and want some type of revenge because Cassie got a bag.

RICO and sex trafficking as not been proven at this point. The only thing that we can say is that the gov’t has proven that Puff had kinky and volatile relationships.
