As ya’ll all know that just the other day, I helped baby mama depose the body of her beloved kitty cat, by giving the cat a proper burial in my back yard (look here for details). Well, I just want to mention a phenomenon that happened shortly after the cat was buried.

It was a couple of hours after the make shift burial, when I went out to the garden to put the trash in the garbage can. After I did that, I went to the area where that cat was buried, just to see if the marker that I put up was still standing since there was a strong breeze blowing.

When I got to the area, I could not help but notice that there was a presence of a sweet perfume smell. A fragrance similar to what I smelled when I had the paranormal experience of being visited by a loving presence (check it out here).
The fragrance had a feeling that made you relax, and there was a sense of a loving feeling. I can attest that it was not the smell of flowers, since all the flowers that grew in the summer has fallen and the leaves on the plants are bare.

I don’t know when that sweet fragrance appeared, or how long it lingered on. I did not stay until the fragrance was gone. But it did leave me to ponder that this was evidence that proves animals also have a spirit, did the sweet smell represent the love that was given to the cat that it released to the universe for all to experience; or did a loving spirit come to escort the recently buried animal to the afterlife. In any event, I’ve never smelled a sweet fragrance at a burial site of a recently buried human being.
