Podcasts
I listen to quite a few podcasts, hell, at one point I was listening to so many podcasts that the podcasts replaced listening to music while I’m driving. There are many, but I’ll just talk about my favorites.
I came across podcasts when I started listening to Iron Mike Tyson’s podcast. Tyson’s podcast is called “Hot Boxin with Mike Tyson.”
When it first started out it was very impressive. Many celebrities from all areas of entertainment, sports, politics and regular Joes from a variety of professions were guests on the show. The conversations were intriguing.
But, it too bad that the podcast management team did not stick with the formula that made the podcast a success. The management team squeezed out the original co-host former National Football League Player, Ebbon Britton, and the setting was changed, all in all it was not as intriguing as it used to be. Right now, “Hot Boxin with Mike Tyson,” no longer broadcast for various reasons.
The next one that I found interesting is “Hustler Spirit,” this channel is where the infamous Fleece “Booty Warrior” Johnson talks about his experience in the Kentucky State Prison system. It is hosted by a dude name “Big Lee.” If you want to know more about it just click here.
It’s ironic because Fleece Johnson is a break out star on the podcast circuit.
Lately I’ve been listening to Candance Owens; this woman is an interesting personality. She has been through a lot as far as her public life is concerned during the past year. She has overcome adversary and as of this week, she was ranked the world’s most popular podcast. Check her out here.
Another favorite is Vlad TV. The podcast is run by its founder Valdislav Lyubovny aka DJ Vlad, a former Disc Jocky (DJ) who created the podcast during the early days of Youtube and now it is one of the biggest.
Vlad TV features interviews with some of the biggest entertainers in the world. Former high-profile mobsters, infamous law enforcement officers, and underworld figures. They tell their stories and experiences. You’ll find that other podcasts with a similar content took their playbook for Vlad TV.
Then there are a series of interviews by regulars like D.L Hugley, Micheal Jai White, Tony Yayo. They have a lot of things on their mind and Vlad TV helps get their message across.
These are the main ones, there are a couple of minor ones, here and there. It depends on the topic and the guest.
