Sometimes when seeing images in a dream there is no end to the amazement that is observed. How and why the type of dream that is cooked up by the subconscious comes into play. Is there some hidden desire, or is it something that may or have an impact in our lives. I was still in the Mid-West when this dream took place. It still does not make any sense to me. But maybe someone can find an answer where I couldn’t.

I saw something that looked like the start of a T.V show. The feeling that I got is that this event took place in the 1950’s. The picture showed NYC, the title of the show appeared; it said, “Glamour Girl of 54” then I saw a woman with long hair wearing a white fox, the kind that Marilyn Monroe wore in the 50’s, and NYC was in the background. The woman looked like a model, she was the star of the show, yet I did not see her name.  I heard myself say, “ 1954 was 40 years ago, I wonder what that woman looks like now.” I had actually counted the years in 10-year increments on my fingers. The interesting thing was that when the show appeared it was in black and white, just like the programs that was filmed in the 50’s. When the woman appeared she was in color, then she blended back to the 1950’s film look (black & white).

The next scene that I saw was NYC from the air, as though I was in a helicopter, the area of detail was above Grand Central Station, and the Met- Life building (formally the Pan-Am building). It looked like a scene I had seen before on T.V.
